Policies

  • All programs are registered, and people starting after the first date will have their fees prorated
  • Classes will only run with a minimum of 5 registered participants.
  • The fees for registration are due in full by 1 week before the start date of the class
  • If for any unforeseen reason I have to cancel a class, the credits will be added to the next session or the student can come to any other class during the period of that particular program to attend and alternative makeup class
  • For missed classes by any student there will be a provision of 1 makeup class each session
  • Once the next session starts there will not be any make up classes extended from previous sessions
  • Those of you who intend to parcipate twice a week or more need not pay for two separate days. You can buy only one pass to begin with and as soon as the number of classes in that particular pass is finished you can pay for the next one.
  • Drop in rate will be $13 each class and availability will be subject to class size

Basic Guidelines

  • Arrive early, so that you are not in any rush and can relax.
  • Please bring a yoga mat with you. I do provide some props like blocks, straps, blankets, chairs etc.
  • Wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing.
  • It's recommended that you avoid eating big meals before the class. If you are hungry before yoga, have a light snack.
  • On entering the studio maintain the environment of peace and relaxation. If you are early then lie down quietly or sit on your mat and allow yourself to relax and be in the present moment, forgetting the worldly cares.
  • Do the best you can in class and don't overdo it.
  • Always move at your own pace and respect the limits of your body.
  • After the relaxation at the end of the class, try to continue to experience the feeling of relaxation and well being.
  • Please let your teacher know of any injuries before class starts, whether past injuries or present ones, or any other conditions that may be a factor in your class performance and safety.
  • Please let me know in advance if you cannot make to the class, you are booked for.

I try to accommodate my clients in early morning and late evening appointments pertaining to their work schedule.
