The ancient wisdom of yoga teaches that Life is already given to you, you are completely loved, and you are here now. It teaches that we are not separate, cannot be separate from nature, which sustains us in a vast interdependence with everything. The universe comes perfectly, and is awesome in its integration and infinite existence. This union is our natural state, this union is Yoga. When you experience this connection to the fullness of creation, of nurturing source, you are doing your Yoga. Yoga is your direct participation in nurturing source. I will offer you things I believe can help you do your yoga. It is not a one way fare though, your effort and commitment will help you to achieve this goal, so please join the path to inner realization, YOGA is within all of us.

While we all need to nurture our bodies with drink, food and exercise in order to stay alive and be well, most people don't realize that there is another source that we all rely on. And that source is energy. Not the calories, but universal energy.
The good news is that the universal energy is in abundance, and it's readily available to all of us. Our bodies feed on that energy to stay alive. The energy comes in via seven major chakras, which you can think of as spinning energy portals. The chakras are connected to each other via energy ducts. The chakras and energy channels are invisible and the work that they do can't be perceived with normal five senses. Reiki is one of the energy healing techniques. It is a pure energy form, when it is combined with the sincere desire of the Healee, who is willing to affect a cleansing within their emotional and spiritual consciousness, a total healing can occur.

Thai Yoga Massage

A dynamic bodywork therapy based on yoga and Ayurveda was born in the temples of Thailand. In this unique healing system of Thai Yoga Massage the practitioner guides the recipient through a series of yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body's energy ("Sen") lines and pressures points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
The therapeutic basis of Thai Yoga Massage is rooted in the Indian healing tradition of Ayurveda.
Thai massage has been described as passive yoga. The healing techniques of Thai massage embrace the four states of mind: loving kindness, compassion, joy and balance.
Performed on a floor mat with the client wearing loose, comfortable clothing, Thai Yoga Massage is both relaxing and energizing.

The stones are heated, and together with natural and essential oils, give a very deep muscle relaxation and soul-soothing experience. The use of hot stones for healing dates back to ancient times. Heated, smooth an flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The stones are made of basalt, a type of rock that is rich in iron so it retains the heat. The stones are of various sizes, shapes and weights. The heat warms and relaxed the muscles, which allows the practitioner to work deeply using less pressure. The warmth of stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system, accelerating the healing process.
